A Simple Beauty Guide




A beauty guide allows you to take charge of becoming beautiful. This may sound silly but that is exactly what you must do, take charge. Some are fortunate enough to be born beautiful just as some are born rich but the truth of the matter is most of the world has to earn it, beauty included. There are simple every day things that will launch you with jet speed into being beautiful.

A beauty guide encourages you to eat all of your vegetables; a very good start on beauty. Vegetables work much better if you can eat them steamed and bland. Rich food is really not good for the bodies system. If you must indulge in bad eating habits try to use your vices as a reward and do it sparingly. Like any other bad habit eating poorly isn't going to go away overnight.

Get the blood pumping so that nutrients can go to all parts of the body. Sitting on your couch will not cut it and doing it tomorrow won't either. While you are watching the TV or sitting at your desk get up during commercials or after each finished project and stretch; gradually add to your routine. You don't need to run a marathon but you do need to develop consistency.

Oil your skin, not only does oil help take care of the skin but the massaging of the body helps to catch circulation problems that you may not notice in the normal course of moving around.

Hydrate your body; 32 oz of water usually does the trick. Water is a very important part of the beauty guide. The largest percentage of the body is water so if you don't drink enough water it could be said, "you have lost a lot of what makes you, you."

Take the time to pamper yourself, soak your feet, steam your face, and go to a spa. Understand you are entitled to take care of yourself. The better you take care of your body the better you will feel. This will have a tremendous affect upon your mental well being; which is a part of beauty.
